RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely delighted with your ROIL purchase. If for any reason you’d like to return your order, please contact our Customer Service Team.

 

Returns

We can accept all unopened products that are returned to us within 15 days of their original ship date and issue a refund or exchange for a product of the same value.

 

Damaged Items

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange for items of the same value provided they are returned to us within 15 days of their original delivery.

 

Reactions

If you experience an unwanted reaction to one of our products, please contact our customer service team who will arrange a refund or exchange (help you try and understand the issue).
Make sure you include the order number along with the product in all original packaging, wrapping and any tamper seals intact. Also please include a brief note why you have returned the item and ensure that you send via registered post. Once your item is received by us and it meets the criteria above, we will apply a refund to the original method of payment for the value of the goods within 15 working days.
